DELIVERY

We want to get your package to you in perfect condition, and on time. We know there’s nothing quite like receiving that delivery.

UK Mainland* Standard Delivery £4.50

Takes 2-3 working days from dispatch for mainland UK destinations.
Standard delivery is free for mainland UK orders over £150

*Mainland UK only, excludes Republic of Ireland

UK Mainland Next Working Day Delivery £8.50

Order by 11am Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery for mainland UK destinations. Orders after 11am, at weekends or on public holidays will be sent in two working days. Subject to availability. 

Highlands, Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey Delivery £8.99

Takes an estimated 3-7 working days from dispatch for orders to Highlands, Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. 

European Delivery £15

Takes an estimated 5-10 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery £25.00 (up to 1kg)*

Takes an estimated 7-14 working days from dispatch.
* Please contact us for a quote for international postage for orders weighing over 1kg (eg larger items such as coats and shoes)

Click & Collect - FREE

Free collection from our Cheltenham store is available during normal opening hours. We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know when your order is ready to pick up.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. When we’re super busy we might be just a little delayed, but we will ensure your order is packaged up and you’re enjoying your purchase as soon as possible.

Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as working days. Orders are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a signature upon delivery.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as that package is winging its way to you.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on jackerooboutique@gmail.com, stating your order number, and we will investigate with our couriers, making sure you’re kept up to date via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you'll love your purchase from Jackeroo Boutique. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. 

We'll be happy to exchange it for something else or issue a refund (minus the postage), as long as the item(s) are returned in their original condition, unworn/unused with their original tags and packaging. 

Please note, for hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery and opened beauty products are non-returnable. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you return products which are outside our returns policy we will be unable to process a refund or exchange. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage. 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

How to make a return

Please fully complete the Returns Form (sent with your order) and return it with your item(s) to the address detailed on the form. If you do not have a Returns Form please email us jackerooboutique@gmail.com  and we’ll get one to you pronto!

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We recommend using a service insures you for the value of the parcel and can be tracked. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s). Jackeroo Boutique does not cover the cost of returning the item and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit. 

We also accept online returns at our Cheltenham Boutique. You will be notified by email when your order has been refunded. 

Refunds

If the item meets all of our return policy requirements, a refund will normally be made within 14 working days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For items bought with gift cards, we’ll send an e-gift card to the email address that was used to make the purchase.

Please note we do not refund postage charges for online orders, or the cost of returning the goods to us.

Exchanges 

If you’d like to exchange your purchase please get in touch by emailing us at jackerooboutique@gmail.com and we’ll chat through your options.

Faulty or damaged items

If you have any issues with faulty or damaged goods, just let us know via email jackerooboutique@gmail.com Please include your name, order number and details of the fault/damage and we will do our very best to send a replacement, repair the item, or refund you.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear, customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions.
