We want to get your package to you in perfect condition, and on time. We know there’s nothing quite like receiving that delivery.

During the COVID-19 crisis delivery times may take a little longer. Sorry about that!

UK Mainland Standard Delivery £3.50

Takes 2-3 working days from dispatch for mainland UK destinations.
Standard delivery is free for mainland UK orders over £30

Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey  £8.99

Takes an estimated 3-7 working days from dispatch for orders to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. 

European Delivery £9.99

Takes an estimated 5-10 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery £25.00

Takes an estimated 7-14 working days from dispatch.

Click & Collect - FREE

Whilst the store is closed due to Covid-19 restrictions we will continue to offer free collection, where possible. We’ll be in touch to arrange a Covid safe and secure collection/delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. When we’re super busy we might be just a little delayed, but we will ensure your order is packaged up and you’re enjoying your purchase as soon as possible.

Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as working days. Orders are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a signature upon delivery.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as that package is winging its way to you.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on jackerooboutique@gmail.com, stating your order number, and we will investigate with our couriers, making sure you’re kept up to date via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We know that you will love your purchase from Jackeroo Boutique, but sometimes things just aren’t meant to be. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it to us for an exchange or refund (minus the postage). All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them.

How to make a return

You’ll need to return your item(s) it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached - within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund, or by 10 January 2021 for an exchange or store credit. Please complete the Returns Form (sent with your order) and return it with your item(s) to the address detailed on the form.

If you do not have a Returns Form please email us jackerooboutique@gmail.com  and we’ll get one to you pronto!

Jackeroo Boutique does not cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Jackeroo Boutique cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.

Refunds

You’ll need to return your item(s) it in its original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.​ If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the date Jackeroo Boutique received your returned goods.

Xmas extended returns policy

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 1 November and 24 December 2020 can be returned for an exchange or store credit, up until 10 January 2021, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable. Please ask for a gift receipt so that the recipient can also return the present.

Exchanges 

If you’d like to exchange your purchase please get in touch by emailing us at jackerooboutique@gmail.com and we’ll chat through your options.

Faulty or damaged items

Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty or damaged goods.

Just ping us an email via jackerooboutique@gmail.com, please include your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item, or refund you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item(s) using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery.

Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s). When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
