RETURNS

We hope that you'll love your purchase from Jackeroo Boutique. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund. All we ask is that you send the items back to us their original condition, unworn/unused with their original tags and packaging.

Please note, pierced earrings, opened beauty products and gift vouchers are non-returnable.

We’ve specially extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Purchases made online or in store (except sale items) between 1 December and 24 December 2025 can be returned up until 10 January 2026. For purchases made from 25 December 2025 onwards, our normal returns policy will apply.
