How much does delivery cost?
UK Standard Delivery £3.50
Takes 2-3 working days from dispatch for mainland UK destinations.
European Delivery £9.99
Takes 5-10 working days from dispatch.
International Delivery £25.00
Takes 7-14 working days from dispatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Please note that during busy times, we may not be able to adhere to this policy but we will ensure your order is with you as soon as possible.
Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as working days.
Orders are delivered using various shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a signature upon delivery.
We will email you a dispatch confirmation when we have dispatched your order.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving please email us on , stating your order number and we will investigate with our couriers and keep you informed via email.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We hope that you will love your purchase from Jackeroo Boutique but if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to make a return
Please return your item(s) it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please complete the Returns Form (sent with your order) and return it with your item(s) to the address detailed on the form. If you do not have a Returns Form please email us
Jackeroo Boutique does not cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Jackeroo Boutique cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
We do accept online returns in store within the 14 days return period.
If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 30 days from the date Jackeroo Boutique received your returned goods.

Faulty or damaged items
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty or damaged goods. Please email us at including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item(s) using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s).
When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
